After meeting the balinese owners Suci and Putu and giving the resort a try, we were hooked! Since then we always stay at Matahari Tulamben Resort and urge our club members to do the same when they are diving in Tulamben. The staff are exceedingly friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are cleans, and most important, all of the staff has a smile for you and does their best to make your stay a pleasant one.

Matahari Tulamben Resort provides excellent service! The staff is friendly and the two owners, Komang Suci and Putu, are not only friendly, but also try their hardest to satisfy their guests. The hotel rooms are clean and the food is yummy. No other dive operator in Tulamben can compete with Matahari’s excellent service and friendly attitude!
In addition, as a freelance diving instructor, Matahari’s dive shop and swimming pool really help me get my student divers in the water!

We stoud several times in Matahari Tulamben Resort with our diveclub and enjoyed the time. We liked very much, to dive with Putu (he manages the Tulamben dive center). He is able to find all the small thinks. But its also very nice, to dive without guide early morning at the wreck, when the fishes wake up. You can find the group of bumphead parrot fishes, barrakuda, napoleon, jackfishes and big groupes and no divers. And after diving its nice to enjoy the big and good breakfast in the restaurant at the beach. Between the dives we relaxed in different places, at the beach, sundeck and in the hammocks. The kitchen is very good. They serve balinese and international food. If you want to loose wheigt, you are at the wrong place.

Me and my husband spent several times in Matahari Tulamben Resort and we're very enjoyed it. We felt like home. The staff are very friendly. We chose the unlimited dive package and we are very satisfied to dive with Putu and his team. After diving, we tried the balinese massage with Rusti and we very enjoyed it. The food is delicious. That's made me and my husband want to come again at Matahari Tulamben Resort.
